Never such a painless Brazilian wax. Vanessa definitely knows what she is doing and does a great job at making customers feel comfortable! On the day I got there the nail beautician called in sick so Vanessa had to take on all appointments. Even though this was very stressful, she fully concentrated on my appointment without making me feel like she is in a rush. Very happy and will definitely go back.

Vanessa is great. Salon has been done up so is a lot cleaner and well presented inside now. Had Hollywood wax, no complaints and a bargain! Have booked to go again.
