Had a Wowcher deal here which stated it consisted of a 1 hour full body massage, a half hour facial and some chocolates.
Unfortunately this was not the best expereience. The actual treatments were ok, the facial being the better of the 2. The hour full body massage only lasted for 40 minutes and was not full body. Just the back of my lower legs and my back??? The chocolates (which I weren't really bothered about having anyway) were just 2 on a plate at the end of the massage - one being a Celebrations Mini Milky Way that had gone stale when I opened it.
The salon needs a full refurb/clean up. I think first impressions are so important and this was not a good one I'm afraid.
Sorry I can't say anything more positive. I know it was a cheap deal but I'd rather pay more in future and go somewhere that has the ambience.
