I booked a 90 minute pamper package via Wowcher which was supposed to be a 30-minute facial and 60-minute Swedish massage. I have to say I came out thoroughly disappointed! The facial was fine, not fantastic products but it was done well. The massage, however, was terrible! I was not asked about tense areas, pressure or comfort throughout the whole thing and despite it supposedly being a 60-minute back neck and shoulder massage she started with my legs and finished after 40 minutes. Though not in the control of the therapist half way through I could hear chanting in Arabic from next door, which I can only assume was Friday prayers. The room was in no way sound proof as I could hear every detail of the lady getting manicure/pedicure outside, including her nails being clipped! This was hardly relaxing.
I feel like it was a terrible waste of money, had I not pre-paid for the Wowcher I would have refused to pay for such a poor quality treatment, quite frankly my boyfriend could have done a better job despite having no massage qualifications!
Friendly, quick, polite. I always get my nails done here and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I've been boasting to my friends that they should go there.
