Minimal waiting time, my therapist was clearly very experienced and accommodating of my needs. she asked about my bodily issues and gave a consultation for after care as well.

My masseuse was 10 minutes late - wouldn't have been a big deal except my treatment was cut short by this time. I went in at 10 past and was out by 35 minutes past, and that's including the time it took me to get undressed at the start and dressed at the end. The girls hands were freezing cold, not pleasant. The massage itself wasn't very good. As a trained masseuse myself I know what is good/bad. She would perform a stroke on one side of my back and not do it on the other side. She seemed really inexperienced, flustered and rushed. She also completely ignored my comments about having a knot on my left shoulder which I wanted special attention given to. I have found this salon to be very hit and miss. This will definitely be my last visit.
