The beautician did not seem very confident, so it wasn’t relaxing, despite them being very friendly. The wax wasn’t heated when we arrived so we had to wait. I would look to go elsewhere another time because I have had better experiences in other salons.

I’ve been to Beauty & Detox spa many times but this was one of my favourite visits. Meena was friendly, personal and professional, and the massage was amazing - her personal style is excellent. The facial was also heavenly, and I left feeling like a new person. The only feedback I would have is to explain more about each element of the facial and the benefits to your skin.
