Alex was very professional, calm and friendly and efficient with the waxing, keeping it as quick and painless as possible and checking out how I was feeling. The deep tissue massage was not as deep as I would have liked but was very relaxing

My therapist was lovely, despite running late on a very busy day she listened carefully to my needs and tailored massage to them. Ambiance not amazing as there was a bit of background noise but not a dealbreaker.
