Overall great experience. Only criticism of receptionist who assured me that back massage had also been booked in (not option to add to get offer on treatwell) but they hadn't. Luckily the therapist was able to fit me in for both.

Reception staff weren't all that friendly and they weren't that gentle during the waxing so was more painful than I've had at other places. Was fine though and a bit cheaper than other places so I suppose it's all a trade off.
