I enjoyed the treatment overall, but the facial was a little disappointing. Normally you expect to have some sort of hand/head massage when a face mask has been applied, but the beautician sat behind me and just waited which made me feel a little awkward. She also left it on too long and it was difficult for her to get off - she pulled down on my eyes which wasn't very pleasant. It also would have been nice to have known what products were being used - when I asked beforehand she was very vague and said 'cleanser/toner'. I have quite sensitive skin and would have appreciated knowing. It was ok overall but for 95 pounds I expected something better.

I love this place. It's conveniently on Crouch End High St, and each massage therapist is expertly trained to give you the best experience. The owner welcomes guests at the door, the room is clean and peaceful, and the towels are clean and dry. My therapist delivered an exceptional deep tissue massage, she would check in on me to make sure the pressure was correct which is always welcome. I will be booking again very soon!
