I have had some nightmarish waxing sessions and I've had some really good ones. Alice is so far the best waxing therapist I've ever been to in London. She is very professional and efficient, she knows how to wax with minimal pain. It really was not unpleasant at all, which is how I find most waxing experiences. It was actually quite relaxing. I will definitely be going back as long as Alice is working there. She is also a massage therapist and I have yet to book myself in for a massage. Very happy customer :)
