Staff were very friendly and I had a good chat to my therapist. She made me feel comfortable, but the underarm wax was a bit more painful than usual because she kept needing to go over some of the same areas. I had hoped for hot wax, as is often the case when you book a standard underarm wax without specifying, but they used strip wax. I'll make sure I specify next time!
