I booked a deep tissue massage because I wasn't really sure which I would like / which would be best but the lady suggested a combination of Swedish and deep tissue and really listened to the issues I was having with my back and chose the best and most comfortable option for me. it was really very good - I felt amazing afterwards and I will definitely be going back again soon.
