Very professional and attentive. The treatment is really well done and efficient. The staff are great and are definitely perfectionists, which is great. They will be doing hot wax soon as well, which will be a great option.

My main gripe was that the pedicure area is in the hallway and you feel very conscious of other people having treatments in nearby rooms (and the walls to the loo next door are really thin). Also they had a rubbish selection of nail varnishes (10 max). That all being said my therapist Shanika was lovely and a real professional - my feet look and feel great; it's the facility which lets it down.
