My first time using the hot (not strip) wax at B&D spa. Was a shame not to have the therapist I usually have, but the new lady was very lovely as well. The wax was pretty much painless, but just a little more repetitive. Would definitely recommend!!

I have been coming here for six months, but they now have a new waxing method (hot wax instead of the rollers) and it was a lot better - virtually pain free! I had a new beautician who was very lovely and made me feel comfortable.
