My deep tissue massage with Shinaz was superb! I regularly get massages (both Swedish and deep tissue), but this was my first at Beauty and detox spa. And it was one of then best I've had in the UK by a long stretch. I normally leave deep tissue massages feeling very sore and tender, but the practitioner was able to get rid of a lot of tension spots whilst also leaving me feeling incredibly relaxed and rejuvenated from head to toe.
The receptionist was also fantastic, really lovely, friendly and welcoming. The only negatives I have were that the massage room I was in was really really small, and could do with a touch up of white paint in places, and that the spa doesn't have that spa smell, it was a tiny bit stuffy - maybe a few scented candles, or a diffuser would do the trick.
But overall I think these are minor and can be forgiven because of how good the massage was. I'll definitely now try and go to this place regularly! Thanks
