I am more than disappointed with Beauty and Detox Spa new team member. The place itself is clean and pleasant, however it was by far my worst experience of such kind. Mentioned French girl had never bothered to consult my skin condition before start to choose the right facial, however there was no trace of magnifying lamp, nor any source of strong light, essential to do that, anyway. She was not only leaving parts of my face intact during the treatment, but was trying to economize on beauty products, far beyond common sense, damaging my skin in a process. The way she was acting clearly suggested, that she is inexperienced and incompetent, more patting me, than actually doing anything I would consider a facial. Also, I was pointlessly and thoughtlessly treated with a steamer to open my pores for extraction, but extraction itself, the main core of my visit there - had never occurred at all, and I wasn't able to explain my surprise, due to breach in her job-related vocabulary, even confusing blackheads with moles [sic!]. I could probably add few more points that concerned me, but it was overall catastrophe, that left my skin in worse condition than before treatment, neither refreshed nor cleansed, waste of time and money that shocked me, made me really upset, and couldn't be explained by somebody's bad day or misfortune. This is the first (and hopefully the last) negative review in my life. I do NOT recommend.

The facilities were very clean, the staff was friendly. The treatments included 30 minutes of manual massage and 30 minutes of lymphatic drainage with a vacuum (which could have been a bit more intense). I couldn't really tell any differences after the first treatment but I left feeling relaxed and could feel the improved blood circulation in my lower body. It is recommended to have multiple treatments in order to get the best results.

Very easy to find and get to and definitely well worth it
The massage was great and the place itself was clean and comfortable
Not awarded 5 stars as you can hear what's going on in the next room so ambience could be slightly improved.
Would go back though for sure.
