I come to the spa regularly for the standard Crouch End facial and always think they are great. This time I went for the hight frequency one and it really wasn't worth the extra money. The actual time spent using the machine was about 3 minutes and I haven't noticed any difference. I will go back to the standard facials and stick with them! Other than that, salon is great. Maybe it just works better on other people....

Very pleasant environment and staff! But I personally prefer if the deep tissue massage is a bit stronger than the one I got in this salon, hence "only" 4 stars.

What a gem this place is! The room was very comfortable and I usually feel the cold but this was lovely. My therapist Mel was great and paid attention to the fact that I had recently had my appendix out. The facial and massage were great and I'll be booking in again soon.
