My massage was okay but I have had better there. The therapist was a little robotic and didn't ask whether I had any concerns or issues prior to the treatment.

Very friendly staff and nice venue. However the waxing was not good. The lady used too hot a wax on my face, which burnt my skin. I now have burns on my eyebrow and upper lip.
The Brazilian wax was very rough.

This visit was booked mainly for my Mother to have a massage and pedicure. I booked myself in to have a manicure.
We arrive on a rainy day so was really looking forward to the visit. The facilities was very small and cosy if you like.
Mum went in first for her massage. She reckons it was the best massage she has ever had. but She was not very impressed with the pedicure though.
It was very dark when I went in to get my manicure. I was surprised that anyone could even see in there. It was not the right layout for a manicure. There was only a small range of nail varnish and the colours were not to my taste, I would have been happier if there was a better colour range, also better lighting so you can see your nails while they are being painted.
Honestly I was not very impressed with the overall outcome of my nails.
I do feel the staff were very nice and Mum has said She would return on a regular basis just to have that massage.
All the staff were very professional and attentive and the atmosphere was very relaxing.

A very nice treatment which I would highly recommend. The only criticism I have is that I was 15 mins late going in. Otherwise no complaints!
