I purchased a 1 hour micro (instead of a 30 min micro) and was given only the 30 min micro. When I asked after why it was only 30 mins, they apologised and offered that I come for another 30 min facial at no cost. I was very pleased.
The facility was very nice and my skin felt great after the micro!

My therapist was wonderful, immediately made me feel relaxed and the massage was amazing.
I was worried it wouldn't be intense enough but she really dug in hard to work on the knots in my shoulders. She released so much tension and gave me some great advice for follow up treatments to do at home.
