It was very disappointing. I saw a new therapist who was not good. She made lots and lots of noise clunking the stones around in the bowel - the massage was not good. I had booked an hour and half but she made a mistake , and ended after an hour - had to go our and check at reception when I insisted it should have been an hour ,and was unable to continue the treatment booked as there were no more hot stones. So my arms and body were not massaged. I asked her to give me an ordinary hand and foot massage instead, it was dreadful. The worst massage I have had. The manager said he will gave me a half hour concessionary treatment but I feel it should have been a full hour and a half.

The therapist was very warm, down-to-earth and empathetic. The massage was very good (I would have liked it slightly stronger, but wasn't a huge issue). The facial was good. I liked that she didn't try to sell me products during the treatment. A little pre-explanation of what she was going to do/what to expect would have been appreciated however.
Overall, good treatment, would return.
