This was the worst wax I have had in the 2 years I have been getting waxes. Caused me a lot of pain due to cheap wax that would not come off. The beauty theapist then continued to nip me with her long nails trying to get the cheap hot wax off which just kept ripping. I had to tell her to leave the rest of the waxing and go on holiday with a dodgy job. I would stay away at all costs. I thought becuase they were a spa and not a hair salon they would be good but they are not good at waxing at all!
