I had the most fantastic massage. All of the staff were exceptionally friendly and professional. The ambience was really relaxing. I would definitely recommend the Beauty & Detox Spa.

From the moment you enter the Spar until your session has ended you receive excellent service from everyone. The Masseuse was fantastic and would recommend her.
I look forward to returning back to the Spar soon.

The original treatment was good, the lady was lovely. However afterwards I was persuaded to book another treatment. I booked it and was told I had to pay there and then even though the treatment wasn’t for two weeks. I paid knowing that throughout treatwell there is a clear cancellation policy with 24 hours notice. However, I’ve just tried to cancel this second treatment 6 days in advance and have been told I can’t have a refund. This wasn’t explained when I made the booking in person and when I tried to query this and flagged they were inconsistent with their policies he was incredibly unhelpful and in the end just told me he had a customer and left me on the line. There are a lot of lovely places in Crouch End and I therefore wouldn’t go here again. I feel deceived and sadly having spoken to him am not keen to go back despite credits apparently being put on my account. This is a huge shame and left a very bad feeling.
