It was my first time having a colonic, and Tahira, my therapist couldn't have been nicer. She really put me at ease. She was really chatty and kind throughout the whole process.

I had the express facial and it was lovely - very relaxing and the therapist listened to my concerns about my skin and had plenty of suggestions for me. The spa isn’t super luxurious but it was good value and I was impressed.
