Lovely facial but it started 10 minutes late and ended 10 minutes early so I missed out on the hour I paid for. The man and reception was apologetic thoigh and offered me more time if I booked again or some money off my next one. The treatment was lovely and very professional just a shame it was shorter than it should have been

I went for hot stone massage and liked it and as far as hot stone massages go, it was a nice one. the only thing I find could generally improve is the communication. the therapist hardly said a word to me and I find that it should be a basic thing to ask if there is anything that we feel needs more work and if there are any conditions they need to be aware of. I did fill in a questionnaire that asked if there is anything we should be aware of and the therapist did check it but at no point did she asked more details or acknowledged she read and understood the implications. she seemed to notice a part of my body needed more work but didn't spend more time, just stuxk to the normal massage which again is fine but I think the experience would be exceptional if the treatment was slightly more tailored. I would still recommend this salon.
