Unfortunately the girl struggled to remove all the hair. She said this was due to my hair being too fine/blonde which meant that the hot wax didn't cling to it. She was very kind and gave me lots of good advice. She recommended that the next time I get a strip wax as this will pick up the hair. Overall I'm satisfied as she spent a lot of time with me and I will return, but slightly disappointed she wasn't able to finish off with a strip wax herself to leave me fully satisfied and completely hair free.
