Hi, Jan has left, so I requested a refund for my blow dry package. I was told it would be transferred to my account, but I received no confirmation. When I called, I was told the person handling refunds had been busy. Jan sold this package in good faith, unaware she’d be leaving soon. She got little notice despite being great at her job. If I don't get my refund by tomorrow evening, I will contact my bank to investigate this as fraud. Fortunately, Jan has found somewhere else. Avoid
