Actual massage was good but my appointment was 25 mins late and there are a few things the venue could do, at little to no cost, to provide a better experience:
- fix smoke alarm (hard to relax with constant beeping throughout)
- use different towels for waxing and massages (towel was freshly washed but had bits of wax on it which made it look dirty)
- at the end of the massage, gradually turn lights on and music off (it was quite abrupt)
- leave the room while the customer changes
