I am very disappointed by this salon. I’d booked for Gabi to highlight my hair etc next week. I phoned yesterday to ask if she’d have time to cut my hair as well however I hadn’t been inform that Gabi had left.

The hairdresser was looking at the clock since the beginning of the appointment. She welcomed me saying that my usual hairdresser Gabri was not there. I showed disappointment and she took it personally. I had to implore her to straighten my hair after blow dry and she was saying that it was already 7 pm. It took 10 min longer the result is poor and beginner level. Poor technique, pulled my hair with brushes. Seemed not passionate about what she was doing. I explained this is for special occasion
