What a nightmare. I went there to tone my blonde hair (I had VERY MILD brassiness). I ended up going there 3 times, 1st time my hair came out completely orange, 2nd time slightly less orange but still way warmer than they were supposed to be, 3rd time we tried to cover the orange with a dark blonde but the red tones were still visible. I wish I could go back in times, I can't see myself with this colour. What's worse, the 3rd time I was left with a wet head and dark blonde patches on my forehead and ears, it took me 2 days and many scrubs to made them fade. I won't even mention the attitude, acting like it wasn't her fault but my hairs acting weird. Except I never had this problem before with other hairdressers...The cut was ok and so was the blowdry. I was with Jan.
