Turned up to find there was no hot water. A real inconvenience. Nobody rang to let me know before I got there. There wasn't even someone there actively fixing it. I ended up booking somewhere else.

Really lovely treatment - lasted an hour and the girls were so nice! It was a very calm experience and I felt very pampered and relaxed!

Please avoid this establishment. Poor customer service by Cristina/ the hairdresser. Not worth your time. No passion for her job whatsoever. I cancelled Wahanda deal, as she didn't seem interested at all. There was excuse after excuse not to do my hair. Waste of time.
