Jan was absolutely amazing!! Cannot recommend her enough, she listened to what I wanted (Balayage and wash and cut) and made recommendations based on my hair type, she was so in tune with what I wanted and the latest styles. Great interpersonal skills too, made me feel very comfortable (and Balayage/cut takes a number of hours so a very big compliment!). 10/10 would return if Jan was the stylist.
