Let me start by saying that the salon is really clean, and I used it before for a simple haircut for which I would recommend it.
I got warned 5 minutes before my appointment that I would need to wait an hour because they were late, I got ignored when I entered the salon, and got a half hearted apologywith them making excuses. I almost left, and I so wish I did.
I came in with a picture of what I wanted which was a balayage for my dark curly hair. I got a full colour and my hair is now orange.

Gorgeous venue, with a lovely lay out, everything was exactly as I hoped it would be. I had a gorgeous facial, and my skin now feels amazing. Cannot wait to go back next month :)
