I had a 20 minute back, shoulder & neck massage. It was extremely relaxing. Before the massage, there was a lot of tightness in my back. And, after the massage, my back felt free from all the knots & aches. Mona is very nice & made me feel comfortable at my appointment. I'm looking forward to my next appointment.
