Such a shame - not great attention to detail with the waxing, areas missed and I had to finish the job myself at home! Very disappointing for a £45 wax and that the appointment was for 30 mins but I was told all finished and left after 20 minutes - so definitely enough time to have been more thorough. Was the first time visiting but very unsure I will return.
