There is always a cheerful atmosphere.
Jan is very good at her job.
The only criticism this time was that I had to wait half an hour inspite of booking for 11.3O am
treatment did not start until 12 Noon.

I waited for 40 minutes. After being told twice that I’d only have to wait 5 more minutes.
No explanation provided at all.
I left after 40 minutes because I had other things to do with my day and requested a full refund - since I received no treatment. I have received no refund and no one has even been in contact to either apologise or reschedule my appointment.
Very unprofessional.
