Quick and painless eyebrow wax but slightly lacking attention to detail - there were some strays left afterwards. Good upper lip wax - finished off with threading, very thorough.

Maybe I had the wrong impression of what I was getting but it honestly felt like a facial massage more than anything else. Don’t get me wrong, it was lovely and relaxing but I expected extraction of pimples/blackheads, squeezing etc. It just seemed to me like a lot of applying creams/masks and wiping them off. The lady was lovely and I was relaxed and get pampered but just not what I was expecting at all. Maybe someone can advise the type of service I am looking for, if not a classic facial?
