Now here's the thing, when I found out Fermisk was fully booked, my heart sank. I've been with Fermisk since she first came to London and the trust we have built up is something I do not take for granted. I was told that Irene could attend to my (sensitive) needs and as she had been trained by Fermisk, she would be great... I was dubious, but knowing that Fermisk will not compromise on excellence, I put my faith in Irene. Irene was amazing!! The same care, professionalism and warmth was there, I was so impressed. Thank you Beauty Clique 💖

Such a great salon, the staff are so helpful and friendly and the treatments are high quality as well as good for your money. Irena was so lovely, made me feel very comfortable and did a great job. I had a half leg wax and lash lift straight after, I was so over the moon with the results - will definitely be coming back to maintain these lashes!
