I was happy with my treatment here, fast and clean, and they did a good job. I think there are a few things to improve on in terms of customer service and I think there are a few little things that could be done to perhaps make the customer feel more comfortable. These could be things like giving them a towel to cover themselves when they lay on the bench, or providing wipes pre-wax for the customer to use. I think the waxer should wipe down the area before waxing too to ensure the area is clean. I think these little things can easily improve the customers experience. Overall I still think they did a good job and it was good value for money, I would come back.
