The appointment was for 70 minutes but took only 40 because there was absolutely no cuticle work done at all. I paid for the spa manicure and just got gel removal and reapply. Nice lady, fine as basic manicure but not as spa manicure

Usually Trupti does a great job. Eyebrows were good, but upper lip and leg were half done. I didn't feel comfortable as well when Trupti called me out on giving her 3 stars before. I should be allowed to review honestly. I've decided to not come back
