I’m usually not someone who gives bad reviews - but this time I left the appointment crying. The girl litteraly ripped my skin off during a lip waxing while I have a professional photoshoot tomorrow. She used wax 3-4 times on the same part until it eventually cut my skin - now there’s a wound. She first acted like it was normal, until she admitted that there was indeed a cut but there was « nothing she can do » except putting some cream on it. No excuse or commercial gesture. Very disappointed
