This was a gift for my mum. She did enjoy being pampered but felt it was rushed in parts especially her massage and that the total time was 20 out. So in essence less than the 2 hours advertised, I also had this treatment and thought it was less than 2 hours which should be made clear as a 20minutes worth of massage is quite handy.
