seemed rushed. place wasn't very clean, there was all black stuff on the floor and the towel I was given seemed to have already been used before

Meah average. No aircon. Hardly cheery staff. Yasmin is nice enough. 1 hour treatment... 50 mins... including 20 leaving the mask to dry.

The Swedish massage was wonderful - however - the duration of the massage was only 15 minutes instead of the advertised 30 minutes and therefore a bit overpriced for 30 GBP

Booked in for volume lash extensions , looked great for first 2 days but on 3rd day they were falling out . This might be due to treatment only lasting 30 mins.
