the massage room was cold/not heated, the back massage felt nice initially but the next day I had a lot of pain in all my muscles because of the pressure, which never happened to me before when I had back massage somewhere else.
I booked 1 hour back massage and 30min foot and leg,and because I was 30min late,I asked not to do leg massage, and eventually she made me pay the full amount of money regardless. Whilst I understand anyone could argue this was fair as I was late, I won’t be back there.
