What can I say this lady never disappoints. I arrived after a long day at work and Toni just gave me the 5 star experience. Refreshments and a warm cover was on offer. So much so that I dozed off. Toni is great. I’d had a lash lift once before from someone else and it was a terrible experience—lots of rough rubbing of the eye area. Toni was so gentle that I fell asleep during the process! She gave me a blanket, the room was serene, the whole thing was delightful, and I left with transformed lashes. Feel 80% prettier :). 10/10.
