I made a booking for a french gel manicure at 11am. On the day of the booking I received a call from the nail technitian at 11am exactly, that she cannot make it, so the booking is cancelled. We rescheduled it to 3 days later at 12pm, on the day, she called me at 11.55am to tell me that she has to cancel again, because the salon is closed. She promised to take £5 off my next booking, but I won't book again, because I was counting on both of those bookings and there was no advance notice given.

I booked my Indian Head Massage at a short notice to relieve some pressure in my neck and head. The 30 mins flew by! The treatment was relaxing and so calming. It was a great way to release tension. I would recommend this treatment at this salon for anyone needing a bit of TLC
