Friendly staff and very welcoming 😊. Sam the beautician had some helpful advice due to to my treatment and made the whole experience very pleasant and less painful. Overall very happy with the experience 🙂

Was a bit apprehensive after so long away. But no problems all staff wearing visors and gloves. Felt really safe and Sam was excellent. Really great result.
