Sam left many obvious patches of hair on several parts of my body (sometimes she acted as if the lighting was bad so she’d missed them). She used the same wipes already full of hairs several times instead of changing which says it all. The towels on the bed was disgusting and hadn’t been washed before. She kept answering her phone while waxing me and rushed me towards the end of the session .Eventually she had the nerve to ask me to forfeit an extra £5. Truly appalling. Stay away from this.
