Appointment time got changed from 10.30 to 12 which is fine but change your appointment times.
It's a small room, with just a table to lay on, a chair and a bin. The curtain that is across the window is quite see through and doesn't go to the ends so you can see inside.
By looking through the window, the room looked dirty, the bin was full and it looked run down.
I arrived 10 mins early and no one was inside. I rang her to be told her child was sick and she wasn't going to make it.
