I hesitated booking due to other reviews of no show but tried my luck. I got an email late Sunday eve changing the time of my appointment half hour earlier, for which I had to reschedule another work call to attend.
Showed up and was hard to find (its in a shopping centre) and once I found it nobody was there. I called her 3 times over 10 mins and no answer. I finally left at 15 mins past my appointment.
Its just a room with glass doors and thin curtains so I think Id not feel very private tbh

Great experience and great customer service. The therapist was nice and friendly. Highly recommended. I bought for my friend, she loved the swedish message. It was relaxing and calming.

The location lack atmosphere, it looks like a derelict shop front with a curtain pulled across it. When the therapist turned up, it didn't appear that she was a professional massage therapist. She did not take any details from me of any medical conditions / healthcare concerns or ask any questions about my areas of tension or any aches and pains. The massage itself was ok, but half way through she started using hot stones which I hadn't anticipated. It was a welcome relief as the room was cold.
