Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

Gift vouchers are strictly not accepted for bookings made via the Treatwell platform. Treatwell applies a commission charge of 35% plus VAT; as such, voucher redemptions through Treatwell are expressly excluded.

All Beauty by Roxanne gift vouchers must be redeemed by booking directly using the contact number provided on the voucher.

Any appointment booked via Treatwell using a gift voucher will be deemed invalid. In such circumstances, the voucher will not be accepted, and the full cost of the treatment will be payable by the client at the time of the appointment.

By proceeding with a Treatwell booking, clients acknowledge and accept these terms.
