Rosy was absolutely fantastic, she was very efficient and thorough, and was very understanding of my compulsion to double check for any stray hairs (this is from experience with other salons). she was very friendly and asked about my previous wax experiences and explained to me how their methods of using hot wax + strips instead of hot hard wax tend to break the hair stem rather than remove the follicles, which totally explained the quick growth…i thought my body was just weird! thanks Rosy x
